1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 577b website accessible at 577b.io, including all subpages, services, games, betting markets, payment interfaces, and account management tools made available therein.
• "577b", "We", "Us", or "Our" refers to the operator of the 577b platform.
• "Player", "You", or "Your" refers to any individual who registers an account on, accesses, or uses any part of the 577b platform.
• "Account" means the individual player account created by you upon successful completion of the 577b registration process.

2 Acceptance of Terms

3 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the 577b platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which the account remains active:

• You are aged 21 years or older. 577b strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all players. Underage gambling is illegal and will not be tolerated under any circumstance.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful in your location.
• You are acting on your own behalf and are not registering or operating an account on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a 577b employee, game provider partner, or payment processing partner.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by 577b for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

577b uses automated and manual age and identity verification procedures. Submission of false, altered, or fraudulent identity documents is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances, including real money funds, in addition to any applicable legal consequences.

4 Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on the 577b platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current registration information at the time of account creation, and to update that information promptly if it changes. The information you provide at registration must match the details associated with the BDT payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) linked to your account.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 577b Login credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access your account, or transfer your account to another individual.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• You must notify 577b support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• 577b recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP on your account as an additional layer of security.

577b will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to come from 577b that requests your password should be reported to our support team immediately.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 577b platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 577b does not accept deposits in any foreign currency. The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected domestic bank transfer services.

Deposits: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed at the platform level, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits are ordinarily credited to a player's 577b account balance within seconds of successful payment confirmation from the relevant mobile financial service provider.

Withdrawals: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• 577b does not charge a platform-side fee for standard withdrawals. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, over which 577b has no control.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

577b offers various promotional incentives to players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins on selected slot titles, and seasonal promotions coinciding with events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page at the time the bonus is offered.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each bonus. Unmet wagering requirements will result in the bonus amount and any associated winnings being removed from the account upon expiry.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on the 577b platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sports betting, live casino, slots, or other gaming formats. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms take precedence.

• Sports Betting: All cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant match or event as published by the recognised governing body (e.g., ICC, FIFA, BCB). In-play bets are accepted and settled in real time. Where a match is abandoned, postponed, or declared void, affected bets will be settled in accordance with the rules published on the relevant sports betting page.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 577b platform. Engagement in any of the prohibited activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the platform, or operating an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point when information is requested by 577b.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21 years.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any other tools that interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, insider information use, or any other form of sports integrity violation in connection with bets placed on the platform.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, pricing errors, or bonus structures in a systematic or bad-faith manner.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund an account or process a withdrawal.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using the platform to facilitate any financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 577b staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the 577b platform software or infrastructure.

9 Responsible Gaming

577b is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to providing players with the tools and information necessary to keep gambling a safe and enjoyable activity. The following tools are available to all registered players from within their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a limit cannot be increased until a mandatory cooling-off period has elapsed.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period. Once the threshold is reached, further play is suspended until the next period begins.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure reminders that notify them of elapsed session time at intervals they select.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

577b reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Engagement in any activity listed under Section 8 (Prohibited Conduct).
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a payment provider in connection with a player's account transaction.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months. Where an inactive account holds a real money balance, 577b will make reasonable attempts to contact the player prior to applying any dormancy fee as stated in the relevant account policy.
• Direction by a regulatory, law enforcement, or financial compliance authority to restrict or close the account.

Where an account is closed following confirmed breach of these Terms, any real money balance may be forfeited by 577b. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach — for example, at the player's own request — the real money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 577b platform — including but not limited to the 577b brand name, logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 577b or its licensed third-party partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 577b platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the 577b platform without the prior written consent of 577b.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 577b and its officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes, which are inherently unpredictable and subject to the laws of chance.
• Interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or banking partners).

Nothing in this clause shall limit 577b's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13 Privacy & Data Protection
